I may have gotten in over my head on this one, but it was fun, & "the kids are alright." I somehow wound up as the florist & the photographer. I like both, but maybe not at the same time. Still, it turned out nice enough.

Bridesmaids bouquet:

Stargazer lilies, alstroemeria, limonium, red hypericum berries & red tulips.

Red roses, pink & purple snapdragons, red asiatic lilies & pink & white callas, red hypericum berries, queen anne's lace, limonium & dusty miller - I was out in the dark the night before the wedding with my husband's head lamp cutting wildflowers from the side of the road & clippings from my shrubbery.

Something blue: I tied the bride's bouquet with an antique silk scarf

Paper-mache birds: the only good use for trashy romance novels. They take a while to make, mostly because one must check them over carefully for naughty phrases, lest they be dirty birds.
